From Cardiff take the A4232 link road to the M4 west bound, and turn off at junction 34 heading towards Pendoylan.
Before the main village is a hamlet called Clawdd Coch. At this cross roads turn left, and follow the lane down the hill. Duffryn Mawr is on the right hand side at the bottom of the hill. Taxi services can be arranged with prior notice.
